The A.G.E. Pill™ Ingredients

The ingredients in the A.G.E. Pill™ have evolved over time and it is no surprise that Tom Mower Sr has updated the formula several times since its release in July 2017.

He with the Sisel researchers is always looking to improve the A.G.E. Pill™, researching the latest cutting-edge science and incorporates it where it is beneficial.

What is in this amazing Anti-Aging supplement?

Here is info those interested in more detail:

Niacinamide and ribose are separately listed in the new version. This is part of the improvement by Tom Mower. However, when combined they can form N+R =NR using a double covalent bond. This means it lasts in the body a lot longer than straight NR as found in other formulations.

The A.G.E. Pill™ s super-nutrients help your body remove glycation and lipofuscin while providing ATP-boosting biological hydrogen.

The purpose is to Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) and biological hydrogen is believed to be the keys in supporting the releases of vast stores of energy that are available to your body.

The A.G.E. Pill™ Ingredients include:

Vitamin C
Vitamin C is an antioxidant. It is important for your skin, bones, and connective tissue. It promotes healing and helps the body absorb iron.

Nicotinamide & Niacin
Nicotinamide (NAM), also known as niacinamide, is a form of vitamin B3 found in food and used as a dietary supplement and medication. As a supplement, it is used by mouth to prevent and treat pellagra. (Pellagra is a disease caused by low levels of niacin, also known as vitamin B3. It’s marked by dementia, diarrhea, and dermatitis, also known as “the three Ds”. If left untreated, pellagra can be fatal.). While nicotinic acid (niacin) may be used for this purpose, nicotinamide has the benefit of not causing skin flushing. As a cream, it is used to treat acne.

Medication and supplemental niacin are primarily used to treat high blood cholesterol and pellagra (niacin deficiency). Insufficient niacin in the diet can cause nausea, skin and mouth lesions, anemia, headaches, and tiredness. The lack of niacin may also be observed in pandemic deficiency diseases, which are caused by a lack of five crucial vitamins (niacin, vitamin C, Thiamin, Vitamin D, and Vitamin A) and are usually found in areas of widespread poverty and malnutrition.

Beta-Alanine
β-Alanine is not found in any major proteins or enzymes. It is a component of the naturally occurring peptides Carnosine and Anserine and also of Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5), which itself is a component of co-enzyme A.  You can read more here about the International society of sports nutrition position stand: Beta-Alanine.

Alpha lipoic Acid
Lipoic acid (LA), also known as α-lipoic acid and alpha lipoic acid (ALA) and thioctic acid is an organosulfur compound. It is essential for aerobic metabolism.

dRibose
The ribose β-D-ribofuranose forms part of the backbone of RNA. It is related to deoxyribose, which is found in DNA. Plays a central role in metabolism. cAMP and cGMP, formed from ATP and GTP, serve as secondary messengers in some signalling pathways.

L-Carnosine
Carnosine (beta-alanyl-L-histidine), is a dipeptide molecule, made up of the amino acids beta-alanine and histidine. It is highly concentrated in muscle and brain tissues. Carnosine can increase the Hayflick limit in human fibroblasts, as well as appearing to reduce the telomere shortening rate. It is also considered as a geroprotector.

DMAE Bitartrate
DMAE is a compound that is known as a mind health compound. It reduces the buildup of what is known as the ‘age pigment’ which is believed to impair cognitive function and is implicated in cognitive decline with age.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl
Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR) is a mitochondrial boosting supplement that supports improved mood, learning, and memory. ALCAR also helps support your muscle mitochondria burn fat, which can increase your endurance, give you an edge in the gym, and help you recover faster.

L-5-Hydroxytryptophan
5-HTP is a naturally-occurring chemical in the body and is a building block for serotonin, which is a neurotransmitter that helps moderate the transmission of signals between nerve cells.  Depression has been associated with low levels of serotonin and 5-HTP increases this brain chemical .

Blueberry fruit
Blueberry fruit is a super-fruit extract with many known health benefits.
